1. Who You Are Buying From
CuterDev is a one-person studio that builds and sells Astro templates. When these terms say “we” or “us” they mean CuterDev; when they say “you” they mean the person or company placing the order. Buying a template or a pack means you accept everything written here.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt, invoice and any tax handling come from them, not from us.
2. What You Are Buying
You are buying a digital product: a source code repository and its documentation. You are not buying the design as an exclusive asset — the same template is sold to other buyers, and it stays in the catalog after your purchase.
What each template includes is listed on its detail page. That list is the contract: if something is on it, you get it; if it is not on it, it is not part of the sale even if it appears in a screenshot of the live demo.
3. Your Order
Orders are placed through Lemon Squeezy checkout. After payment you receive access to the files and version purchased. Download them promptly and keep your own backup; the order does not grant access to future versions.
You are responsible for giving a working email address at checkout. Delivery and download links are handled by Lemon Squeezy: if the order email does not arrive, check your spam folder and recover it from your Lemon Squeezy order page. If that does not work, write to cuterdev97@gmail.com from the address you used to pay and we will help you recover access to the files when possible.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include local taxes, which Lemon Squeezy calculates at checkout based on your country. Prices can change at any time; the price you paid is the price of your order, and a later price change does not create a refund, credit or adjustment.
Discount codes apply only while they are active and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
5. Delivery and Product Version
Delivery is immediate and automatic. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. The sale is final once the digital files are made available.
The purchase includes only the files, features and version available at checkout. It does not include future versions, updates, patches, new sections, framework migrations, newly released templates or automatic upgrades. Any future product is a separate offering unless its checkout page explicitly says otherwise.
6. What You Cannot Do
The full terms of use live in the License. In short: each template license covers unlimited projects, yours or your clients’. You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer or repackage a template as a template, theme, starter kit or UI library, whether for money or for free.
7. Third-Party Services
Templates integrate with services we do not control — Astro, Tailwind, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, Google Fonts and others depending on the template. Their availability, pricing, compatibility and terms are theirs, not ours. CuterDev does not promise updates or migrations if a third party introduces a breaking change.
8. Support
Support provides guidance for the purchased version as described on its detail page. It does not include installation, deploy or hosting work, teaching web development, custom features, guaranteed patches, updates or future compatibility. The full scope is in the Support page.
9. Warranty
Templates are provided “as is”. We make a real effort to ship code that works, is typed and is documented, but we do not warrant that a template will be free of bugs, will meet every requirement you have in mind, or will run unmodified on any hosting setup you choose.
10. Limits of Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a template is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, downtime or any indirect damage arising from using — or not being able to use — a template.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms can change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Changes are not retroactive: the terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you bought.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email goes to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
