1. All Sales Are Final
CuterDev sells downloadable digital products. Once payment is completed and the files are made available, the order is final. CuterDev does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges or a 14-day refund period.
Review the live demo, screenshots, feature list, technical requirements, included files and license before purchasing. A change of mind, a cancelled project, choosing the wrong template or discovering that you need an unlisted feature does not qualify for a refund.
2. What You Purchase
Your purchase covers the exact template or pack, files and version described at checkout. It does not include future versions, updates, patches, framework migrations, new sections, newly released templates or automatic upgrades to another pack.
Every order is separate. Buying the same item twice, or later buying a pack that contains an item you already own, does not create a refund or credit.
3. Technical Problems
If you have trouble downloading or opening the files, write to cuterdev97@gmail.com with your order number. We will verify the order and help you recover access to the purchased files when possible. That assistance does not cover installation, deploy or setup work, does not change the final-sale policy and does not guarantee a patch, replacement version or custom development.
4. Lemon Squeezy and Mandatory Exceptions
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its own discretion to manage fraud, chargebacks or payment obligations. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Outside those mandatory or processor-controlled cases, CuterDev does not approve refunds.
5. Chargebacks
If a payment or delivery issue occurs, contact cuterdev97@gmail.com before opening a dispute so we can verify the order and file delivery. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy and the relevant payment provider under their own procedures.
