1. The Short Version
We sell files. We do not need a profile of you to do that, so we collect as little as the sale allows: your email, your order and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and there is no advertising network anywhere on this site.
2. What We Collect
When you buy. Your name, email address, billing country and the last four digits of your card. Card numbers never touch our servers — the checkout runs entirely on Lemon Squeezy.
When you email us. Whatever you write, plus your email address and anything you attach, such as a stack trace or a screenshot.
When you browse. Aggregated page views, referrer and country. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no user-level profiles.
3. Payments
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every order. They process the payment, run fraud checks, issue the invoice and handle sales tax and VAT. Your payment data is held under their privacy policy; we only receive the order record: what was bought, when, for how much and by which email.
4. Analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. Visits are counted without storing an identifier in your browser and without building a per-person history. We look at which templates get viewed and which pages people leave from — nothing at the level of an individual.
5. Email
Your address is used to deliver your order, verify a purchase and answer support messages. CuterDev does not send product-update notices because future updates are not included with a purchase.
We do not add buyers to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in, and we never share the buyer list with anyone.
6. Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The checkout page, hosted by Lemon Squeezy, does set its own functional cookies to keep your cart and session alive.
7. Who Else Sees Your Data
Only the processors that make the shop run:
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, invoicing, license keys, file delivery and order emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and server logs.
Each of them acts under its own agreement and only for the purpose above. We disclose data outside that list only if a law requires it.
8. How Long We Keep It
Order records are kept for ten years, because tax law requires it. Support conversations are kept for two years, so we can pick up an old thread without asking you to explain it again. Analytics are aggregated and never tied back to a person.
9. Asking Us to Delete Your Data
Write to cuterdev97@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we will delete what we hold about you and stop all email. You can also ask for a copy of it, or a correction. We reply within 30 days.
Two things we cannot delete: an order record tied to a tax invoice, until its retention period ends, and anything held by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — those requests go to them, under their own privacy policy.
10. Children
This shop is aimed at professional developers and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The current version is always the one published here.
