Support

What support covers for the purchased version and how to send a useful technical question.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. How to Reach Us

One address: cuterdev97@gmail.com. There is no ticket system, no portal and no chatbot — you email a person and a person emails back.

Write from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. It saves a round trip.

2. What Support Covers

Support provides guidance for the version you purchased:

  • Bugs in the template’s own code.
  • Questions about how a component, a content collection or a config option is meant to work.
  • Broken downloads, missing files, lost license keys.
  • Recovering access to the files included in your order when possible.

3. What Support Does Not Cover

Support is not a development service. Outside the scope:

  • Teaching Astro, Tailwind, TypeScript or JavaScript from scratch.
  • Installing the template and getting it running on your machine.
  • Deploy problems on Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages or any other host.
  • Writing custom features, sections or pages you need for your project.
  • Debugging your modifications to the template.
  • Third-party services: CMS platforms, analytics, payment providers, mail services.
  • Integrating the template with another framework or with an existing codebase.
  • Hosting, DNS and domain configuration.
  • Design work, copywriting or content migration.
  • Updates, patches, framework migrations or compatibility work for future dependency versions.

We still read those emails, and when the answer is a two-line pointer you will get it. It just is not something we can promise.

4. Response Times

Support is offered on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed response or resolution time. It is guidance for the purchased version and does not guarantee a patch, replacement version or custom implementation.

We work from Argentina (UTC−3), Monday to Friday. Something sent on Saturday gets picked up Monday.

5. How to File a Report That Gets Fixed

The difference between a two-day thread and a two-hour fix is usually the first email. Include:

  • Template name and version, plus your order number.
  • Node, Astro and package manager versions — node -v, and the astro line from your package.json.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • The full error output, as text rather than a photo of your screen.
  • Whether it reproduces on a clean clone of the template, before your changes.

That last one solves half of all reports on its own.

6. Bug or Customization?

A bug is the purchased version not doing what its detail page says it does. A customization is the template doing exactly that while you need something else. We can help identify the difference, but the purchase does not include a guaranteed patch, update or custom fix.

7. Custom Work

Need a section that does not exist, a full brand adaptation or a template built around your product? That is available as a separate engagement. Write to cuterdev97@gmail.com with the scope and a deadline, and you will get a quote or an honest no.

8. Product Availability

Support is offered on a best-effort basis while the purchased template remains in the catalog. CuterDev does not guarantee permanent download hosting, retirement notice, continued support or compatibility with future versions of Astro and other dependencies. Download the purchased files promptly and keep your own backup.

9. Anything Else

Final-sale terms are covered in the Refund Policy, licensing questions in the License, and the quick answers are in the FAQ.

Something here unclear?

These pages try to answer everything up front. If yours is not covered, ask and you get a straight answer.
